Join us on Thursday, August 24th beginning at noon for a full afternoon of mingling and networking for the soul. In this small, intimate gathering of like-minded women, attendees will be encouraged to connect & share not by what they do or what roles they assume in daily life, but by their values, motivations & desires.
The Daytreat idea was born out of an overwhelming amount of requests to produce a local, one-day retreat at an accessible investment after the success of Gaia Haven Experience’s sold out retreat in Sedona, AZ earlier in the year. With just one afternoon to recreate the same unforgettable experience, our team has packed in as much growth in just a short time.
With this in mind, the afternoon will open with a warm welcome and introduction from hostess, Meghan King. Once settled in, she’ll serve as guide for a centering meditation practice and breath work. A nourishing meal paired with meaningful conversations among women will follow. After lunch, Laura Dooley of LoKey Designs will invite mother nature indoors with an instructional planting pop up experience, generating grounded energy using the earth’s soil and succulents. In addition, Melissa Andrzejewski, women’s coach and facilitator, will hold an intentional, sacred circle creating village, connection and community. Finally, the day will conclude with a healing emotional release, a liberating exercise preparing for the return to daily life. Attendees can consider extending their experience by attending Au Soleil Thursday, Le Meridien’s weekly pool soiree, on the terrace for summertime inspired cocktails, savory bites and live music, starting at 5:30p - 8p (complimentary access; food & drink not included).
All this and an abundant swag bag curated from popular local businesses and artisans are included in the cost of just $225 per person.
In the end, you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed, ready to wrap up the end of summer and kick off a new, busy season of fall.
